Town meeting- The first Saturday of March

New Portland is governed by a Board of three Selectmen, assisted by the Town Manager.

The Town Office is located in the East Village on a tract of land owned by the Town which also contains the Fire Station and the Library. Office hours, telephone numbers and names of incumbents are listed below. Click here for map and directions to town office.

Mondays - Weds 11-5
Thursdays 2-7pm and the 1st saturday of the month. 
First Saturday of each month 8:00am – noon

Town Clerk: Rebecca Taylor 628-4441 ext. #2
Mondays-11-2 and 3-4
Thursdays-3-7 and the
1st saturday of the month from 8-11am

Our town clerk processes dog licenses and all vital statistic transactions
